Return & Warranty Policy

First-Time Guarantee

First-time retail orders with a subtotal up to $40 qualify for a full refund if you are not satisfied. Please email info@aimoh.com within 6 business days of receiving your order.

Color & Print Quality

All products are printed in CMYK, so colors may vary from what you see on your screen. We guarantee an 85% color match to industry standards. If we confirm a misprint, we will replace your order at no cost.

Turnaround Time

• Printing: 1–2 business days
• Shipping: 5–7 business days (may vary by season)

We honor the production timeline shown when you place and approve your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and email info@aimoh.com within 14 business days if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include clear photos and do not discard any items, as returns may be required.

General Returns (Non-Custom Products)

You may return eligible non-custom products within 30 days of receipt if they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized products
• Used, damaged, or incomplete items not caused by Aimoh
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (unless otherwise covered)

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. In other cases, the fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Cancellations

Once an order (plain, printed, or custom) has begun processing or production, it cannot be modified or canceled.
